Commercial Terms and Conditions
The clients must comprehend our business terms and conditions to understand our company operating profiles. Any order placed by the clients constitutes acceptance of our terms of manufacture and supply.
Quartz (Silica) mineral mining and production are activities carried out by ARIHANT MICRON.
To meet the increasing demand from customers throughout the world, ARIHANT MICRON also outsources the processing of silica (quartz) to partner businesses.
ARIHANT MICRON upholds tight quality control and manufactures goods by customer requirements. Once the clients have confirmed the sample requirements, we can begin the manufacturing process.
Terms and Conditions Particular
MOQ :
Minimum quantity for an order should not be less than 25 tonnes (one container).
Supply :
ARIHANT MICRON only makes a shipment available after the client has approved samples or specifications. Before starting a business relationship, all terms and conditions are established with the client to ensure that there are no questions later on when the required product is being made.
Money :
ARIHANT MICRON only provides the merchandise after 100% of the payment has been realized. Orders will only be executed once 100% of the client's payment has been released; we do not accept LC or part payments for orders up to 100 tonnes. Other forms of payment are not accepted by us. For orders greater than 500 tonnes, production won't begin until we have received 50% of the payment upfront and 100% once we've fulfilled 50% of the order.
Quality :
Following client acceptance of samples or specifications, our products' quality will satisfy their exact specifications. No quality will be compromised unless the client notifies the manufacturer in advance after the start of production.
Third-Party Inspection :
ARIHANT MICRON will also accept third-party inspection at the expense of the client to verify the quality of the products at predetermined intervals.
